... I see I forgot to attach the photo with that post. Scott and Kyle sure know their stuff! So much to think about...nutrition, signs of fatigue, bike maintenance, proper gear...BTW, Ed and Ahmad don't forget their might be some snow in the Rockies...the list goes on and on and on...thank goodness for Scott and Kyle!
