If you are a cyclist in the Rochester, NY area and want to help Ed and Ahmad train for their ride across America, they will be leaving Full Moon Vista (180 St. Paul St., Rochester) at 5PM, Wednesday, July 28th. This is a non-supported ride and they will be riding 50 miles keeping a 15mph pace. Hope you can join them!
